Therapy invites us to explore the many facets of life that make up who we are: our past, our relationships, our struggles, our strengths. Through this introspective process, we can uncover sources of meaning in our lives, find fulfillment in our personal connections and form new understandings of the stories we carry with us. As a therapist, I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can courageously explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion.
I am currently accepting new clients and work with both individuals and couples. With training in a variety of evidence-based practices, I will approach your needs in a collaborative and personalized manner. I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, chronic and terminal illness, and grief. I frequently work with older adults and have a deep understanding of the challenges they face.
I am currently a provisionally licensed mental health counselor working under supervision of Erin Stronach, PhD.
